Pardon me, but the medication is for your NOSE, not your LUNGS! The problem it is meant to resolve is getting air for life past your nose into your lungs without having to use your mouth to suck on a respirator.

I got allergic contact dermatitis from using a hair product. It affected my scalp. I stopped using it and then it still spread to the rest of my body. My doctors gave me antibiotics and steroid creams. Nothing worked permanently. This lasted for SIX MONTHS. I read a book that it had to do with gut health and vitamin D deficiency. I got sunlight, ate salmon, took vitamin D supplements, I cut out sugars and added prebiotic fiber and I felt a difference in two weeks. In another two weeks, my skin healed and the itching stopped. This experience inspired me to start my own channel talking about this stuff. If you are suffering, there's a cure!

If your having shortness of breadth, You can't possibly do all of that your too scared of what is happening. So I'm sure I don't use it correctly during those times. So I just keep using it until I feel better -- then I can 'properly' use the inhaler.

You can't run, run, run. It would hurt your ankles, knees, and heels. Eat to live and live to eat are totally different mentality. Eat to live sounds like cattle eating grass. Live to eat sounds like enjoying fine dining. You don't have to gain weight just because you "live to eat." You can change your eating window from 6AM to 10PM to 6AM to 12PM. When you don't eat between 12PM and 10PM, you get to burn the calories you ate between 6AM and 12PM. When you eat at 8PM or 10PM, and go to bed at 10PM, you lie down to sleep and the food you just ate is turned into fat because you don't use it.
